 A chic way to be green November 9, 2008
I really love these bags. They look great, come in great colors, are very sturdy and hold a lot. The carrying case make them easy to keep in my car so I can grab them before going into the store.

I'd begun to hate those plastic bags so bought the 6 pack of these for carrying in the car. They are super and I feel good about not dirtying the environment and causing potential harm to animals.
 Can Take The Weight, But Can They Hold Up? October 3, 2008
I absolutely LOVE my BAGGU bags. They fold up really small and are able to hold anything I've asked them too. The only problem I'm had with them is at the check out. If possible, I like to use self check-outs at stores. My frustration is that when I'm trying to put my items in the bag after scanning them the bag doesn't hold itself up. I commonly find myself moving the straps out of my way or readjusting the bag between items. Maybe I just need a better method. Of course, this is the price we pay for small storage space, and I will gladly pay that price any day. The collapsible feature means that I can keep a few bags at home, one in the car, and one in my purse. That way I'm always ready for the store without even having to think ahead.

these are great bags to store in your car or purse. they hold SO much and are a great way to keep from using a million of those cheap plastic bags they have in stores. these hold much more than any grocery bag AND are better because you can sling them over your shoulder. they fold up neatly and are stored in their own cute little pouch. they are awesome. the ONLY negative thing i can say is that they cost an awful lot of money for what they are. my guess is that you're paying more for the novelty of it than for the actual material that was used to make them. i found similar bags at the local health food stores for less than half the price of these and i felt totally ripped off as a result.

So here's the skinny. Pretty factor- yup, they totally got that going on. The colors are vivid without being obnoxious. Functionality- got that AND a bag of chips. Well, technically the bag of chips is inside of them but you get my drift. I have used them for everything from eggs and bread to trips to Home Despot. You just can't rip them! And a TON of space. I have never had to use more than two on any grocery trip. Having five of them is extremely handy. I have two in each of the purses I use the most and a standby one in my car. No "Oh darn, I forgot to bring my bag!" action. They are super easy to clean too. Damp wash cloth and BAM, just like new. Every time I bust them out, the checkout person has to look them over and 9 times out of 10 comments on how great they are. I have to agree, they are pretty great. You definitely won't regret this purchase. Even if you don't care about reducing your long term impact on the environment, these are WAY easier to carry than normal plastic bags. You can sling them up on your shoulder like you would a purse, thereby freeing up your hands to do things like unlock doors and preventing escapist pets from making a break for it. Two thumbs way up.
